Essential Job Duties • Customer relationship management \\- Provide excellent customer service by handling all inquiries about the wines, orders, allocations, shipping etc. • Website Management \\- Ensure all content is up to date and accurate. \\- Manage back-end customer accounts. Experience with wine allocations and large customer databases a big plus.
