We’re seeking a versatile creative who can seamlessly blend graphic design expertise and media coordination. ), using social media and reputation management software.Deliver creative assets to advertising agency partner on schedule, ensuring franchisee approval is obtained beforehand to maintain alignment and efficiency. ), contributing to overall marketing efforts.Support the creation, maintenance, and upload of branded apparel designs.Develop creative and execute loyalty app campaigns, including push notifications, email marketing, and in-app messaging.Build and manage an internal design request system for franchisees and cross-functional teams.Assist in developing promotional assets and signage for new store openings, following established brand checklists and guidelines.Required Qualifications:Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or a related field from an accredited college or university.Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design and/or digital marketing experience.Demonstrated experience creating Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ads and posts, familiarity with current best practices.General understanding of marketing automation/email platforms (e.g., SendGrid, Punchh) and basic web technology.Proficiency with Adobe InDesign (70% of work), Photoshop (15%), Premiere Pro (15%), and occasional Illustrator work.Experience with general or food photography and videography is a plus.Additional Requirements:Candidate must provide detailed examples of self-created work for clients/advertisers: graphic design, digital design, and video production that has been used in retail space, social media, digital media, and web contentWork Monday-Friday from Wings Etc.
