Position SummaryWe are seeking a talented and creative Animator and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging animations, motion graphics, and high-quality visual content to support our marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and digital presence.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce motion graphics and animations for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements.Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute projects from start to finish.Edit and enhance video content, incorporating animation, transitions, sound, and special effects.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.Stay current with design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices.Optimize content for various digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field.Proven experience as a Video Animator and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both skills.Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.Ability to conceptualize and communicate creative ideas effectively.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience with 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop.Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.Familiarity with video production processes and equipment.Physical RequirementsOffice environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascend/descend the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.Dexterity – constantly operate a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.Move, Transport, Position, Put, Install, Remove – Occasionally moves supplies weighing up to 10 pounds for various presentation and event needs.Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information – The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
