You have a love for American Classics and a passion for concepting and executing timeless, quality designs that embody the ethos of a California brand. Responsibilities • Develop concepts through research and creative exploration • Own and execute innovative, editorial storytelling across print and digital mediums, including site updates, emails, social media, in-store, and packaging • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is clearly communicated • Produce new concepts to refine creative across all elements, including but not limited to—graphic design, photo and video direction, art direction, and community collaborations • Assist the lead Art Director with pre- and post-production for photoshoots, including research, concept, shotlists, retouching, and asset distribution • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative leads, design, visual merchandising, and marketing • Reports to Women’s Art Director We also look ahead and understand the modernity of future classics and the responsibility of our place amongst them.
