Responsibilities • Develop concepts through research and creative exploration • Own and execute innovative, editorial storytelling across print and digital mediums, including site updates, emails, social media, in-store, and packaging • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is clearly communicated • Produce new concepts to refine creative across all elements, including but not limited to—graphic design, photo and video direction, art direction, and community collaborations • Assist the lead Art Director with pre- and post-production for photoshoots, including research, concept, shotlists, retouching, and asset distribution • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative leads, design, visual merchandising, and marketing • Reports to Women's Art Director Qualifications • 3-5 years of relevant experience with an apparel-based brand • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) While the base salary range for this role is $75,000-85,000 per year, your total compensation package may include commissions, bonuses and other perks tailored to your performance and dedication to our craft.
