Your job would be to produce the ads for the folders and the sponsors submit their artwork and send them back for any changes they may want. Artwork created for the folders and the clients will be uploaded to google drive, Then formatted into print-ready files to send to the printer. We are looking for an Artist preferably in the Portland Metro area • Customer Service experience via the phone a plus - Communicate clearly and openly to discern client or design team needs and vision and to discuss realistic options for realizing that vision - Must be available via phone and email during business hours - Analyze files provided by clients or in-house design teams and assess suitability for printing, checking and double-checking critical aspects of images and text - Troubleshoot and fix file issues - Create proofs for client or design team review, making needed adjustments in response to feedback, then cheerfully and meticulously creating new proofs until a final design is approved - Double-check proofs before beginning a print run - Convert approved image files for use with digital printing equipment - Call and receive a call to discuss artwork -Organization Skills is a must all artwork will be organized within our google drive.
