Founded by artist, creative innovator, tech investor and entrepreneur will.i.am, XUPERMASK is a LA-based consumer electronics tech company that brings mobility and connectivity back into the modern world. Applicants should either be in school or recently graduated and should possess a background in multi-media arts, with an analytical approach, an understanding of visual narrative, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment. This is an opportunity to get hands-on experience with a complete product cycle, from concept design to marketing. Location: This role is based in XUPERMASK Los Angeles office and successful candidate will be expected to work from the office part time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Editing of content for web, marketing, conceptual and internal purposes Create and design print and digital materials Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline Retouch and manipulate images Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop design concepts Receive feedback from the Creative Director and make necessary changes Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed Create vector line art as well as raster art for conceptual products as well as existing products Layout and format decks for sales presentations as well as internal reviews Occasional data entry for tracking and archiving of projects for internal use Photo editing and compositing in Photoshop JOB REQUIREMENTS Strong knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals Must own your own laptop Intermediate Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator.
