The Graphic Designer I has the responsibility to meet the outcomes and deliverables as defined by the branch executive of each assigned branch location, and provide creative solutions for association-wide initiatives and projects. SALARY RANGE: $27.00 - $31.00/hour ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop marketing materials that adhere to YMCA of the USA brand standards, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all platforms. Design a wide range of print and digital assets, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, web visuals, signage, and event materials. Excellent organizational and communication (oral and written) skills to work in a busy work environment with a high degree of accuracy. Builds rapport and relates well to others.
