Youth and Family Programs Director

Under the direction of the Operations Director, plans, implements, coordinates and monitors 0-5 year old and Family programs activities including project budget and volunteers, marketing, outreach and community collaboration. Possess ability to work cooperatively with different types of personalities; excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to employ tact and diplomacy in dealing with the public and staff; excellent organizational and time management skills; knowledge and understanding of nonprofits and their role in the community; and a commitment to SLOBG’s goals, mission, and Strategic Plan. Speaking knowledge of Spanish preferred. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
