Duties and Responsibilities: Provide youth program coordinator with a program outline and lesson plans for each semester of instruction. Communicate individual student needs to Youth Program Coordinator; providing academic, emotional and personal supports for students as needs are determined Integrate continuous connection to professional development for each youth, equipping them for employment opportunities, navigation through the workforce and entrepreneurial opportunities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. In collaboration with the Youth Program Coordinator, develop a working model for integrated youth business and entrepreneurship under the LBCAP umbrella. The position also requires near, far, and color vision when assisting in activities of program participants.
