Depending on your skills and interests, you may also contribute to motion animation, video, and other creative projects as needed.By Month 3: You are fully onboarded, have a deep understanding of the brand, and are consistently delivering high-quality designs with minimal revisions.By Month 6: You have taken ownership of all iterative creative assets in your areas, become a trusted cross-functional design partner, and are the go-to resource for asset production across retail, Sugar-to-Fiber, and new product development.By Year 1: You have defined and documented a visual language that unites our retail efforts with our online presence and that balances Sugar-to-Fiber’s unique identity with overall brand cohesion.The Impact You’ll HaveAs Graphic Designer, you will have the unique challenge of making a product steeped in science and innovative technology accessible to a consumer audience using visual language. This is a hands-on design role that will collaborate with external creators and a tight-knit internal Marketing team with a wide variety of creative needs.
