Multimedia Designer ( LOCALS ONLY ) --- Remote and Onsite Twice a weekLocation: Remote and Onsite Twice a week (Pensacola, FL)Duration: Long-term ongoing open-ended contractResponsibilities:Design and develop complex multimedia elements (graphics, animations, audio, video, and print).Apply agile techniques to develop Interactive Multimedia Instruction, web-based training, video-based learning solutions, and software simulations to support employee learning and development initiatives.Create courseware to meet business unit training needs and enhance the employee learning experience.Provide multimedia services to help deliver key communications and enable greater productivity.Conduct digital video production including planning, taping, editing, sound mixing, design, compression, and output.Produce complex, interactive multimedia presentations and web-based training to present and clarify complex subject matter to diverse audiences.Qualifications:Significant experience in creating animations and interactive elements for e-Learning courseware in animation software.Significant experience in developing graphical user interfaces.Experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals.Experience in multimedia development and production, preferably in a corporate setting.Experience in providing direction and guidance for multimedia projects from conceptual phase through implementation.Experience in recording/editing audio, video, and digital photographs for eLearning courseware and other media formats.Experience in working and participating in cross-functional, multidimensional teams and projects.Advanced knowledge of media principles, including understanding the uses and advantages/disadvantages of different media channels.Advanced knowledge of training techniques and practices.Advanced skills in analyzing and resolving design problems with unique and creative solutions.Advanced database and presentation software skills.Advanced organizational, planning, and time management skills.Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Advanced skill in capturing and translating processes and requirements into easily understood terms.Advanced skill in communicating with all levels within an organization.Advanced skill in exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions.Advanced verbal and written communication skills.Effective skill in guiding and training less experienced staff.To apply, please send qualified resumes directly to: shaily(at)zilliontechnologies(dot)comThanks,Shaily SharmaZillion Technologies Inc.Phone: 9084874334 #J-18808-Ljbffr
