This is a General Manager position that includes administrative work, leadership, and strategy, but we also want to find someone who is not afraid to hop on dish and clean up a mess when need be - being helpful and gritty at times is fundamental to being part of this team. This is a very exciting time to be a part of something special and have direct input on operations and creative development. We are young gunners with a lot of energy, but are also very intentional and hold our core values true to our decision making.
