Tacoma Community House is a nationally respected, community-based service center for immigrants, refugees, and members of the South Sound community seeking enrichment and pathways to self-sufficiency. Because Tacoma Community House primarily serves immigrant and refugee communities, bilingual and multilingual candidates and/or individuals with lived, personal, or shared experiences as an immigrant or refugee are strongly encouraged to apply. • Develop, create, and maintain branded marketing materials and content, including brand identity, print collateral, e-mail communications, presentation materials, online and print advertising, videos, and other communications-related materials • Manage online presence, including social media, web design and maintenance, and blog • Develop and implement an approved annual communications plan • Perform annual assessment of communications efforts • Coordinate annual website plan in collaboration with program and administrative staff • Oversee strategy and manage production of all public relations efforts, including PSAs, press releases, newsletters, and PowerPoint (or other format) presentations • Plan and assist with coordination of agency functions and events • Manage internal communication standards and processes, including e-mail signature and other internal agency marketing strategies • Establish and cultivate relationships with community members • Assist with the development of funding proposals, such as corporate sponsorships, grants, etc. Your paycheck is only part of your total compensation package.
