This full-time position provides a wide variety of office and administrative tasks in support of the Development Department, including, but not limited to, preparing reports, mailing lists, processing donations, pledges and acknowledgments, sponsorship materials, interacting with donors as needed, coordinating with marketing staff on social media and sponsorship materials and posts. • Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Provide coordination, assistance and oversight to Trust special events as assigned by the Director of Development. • Provide assistance and/or support to committees of The Historic Trust as directed by the Director of Development. • Other duties ...Create an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
