BE THE ISLAND GUIDE Ensure all digital touch points (desktop, mobile, email, paid/organic media) and functions (platform and site design, guest experience, layout, typography, color, graphic elements) align with Tommy Bahama’s aesthetic and brand standards while meeting usability, accessibility, and web requirements. Partner with creative leadership to lead efforts to transform our digital strategies, platforms, and experiences, as well as our guest-centric creative strategies. ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE BA degree (Marketing or Creative Design preferred) or relevant design experience Generally, 10+ years related digital design experience in an e-commerce environment Minimum of 3-5+ years management experience, including hiring, coaching and counseling.
