**__****Richard Sandoval Hospitality is hiring a** **Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator** with 1-3 years of graphic design experience, ideally within the **hospitality industry,** who is looking to work and learn in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment in a cross functional role that supports both the creative and marketing teams in various capacities. The position will also contribute to the development of RSH brand identities and style guides and ensure adherence to style guides across all platforms. **Located in our Denver Corporate Office. We offer great benefits, including** health, dental and vision insurance plans after 60 days of employment. **MUST HAVE:** * Proficiencies in Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop and SquareSpace * Proficiencies in Microsoft Office * Dynamic copywriter with a passion for developing an accurate tone of voice across multiple brands * Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field required * 1-3 years relevant experience in creative field required; Retail and/or Restaurant industry experience preferred * Strong online portfolio reflecting print, traditional and digital design experience required * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of excellence required * Strong understanding of design, copywriting, typography, layout, photography, and effective use of marketing materials to communicate messages to the consumer * Excellent organizational skills and an entrepreneurial spirit **GRAPHIC DESIGN (APPROXIMATELY 25 HOURS / WEEK)** * Manage library of existing creative assets and development of new ones including * Menus, Posters, Flyers, In Store Collateral * Billboards, Print Ads * Branded Marketing & Sales Material * Digital assets like email blasts, creative assets for websites * Develop print templates and production files across multiple mediums * Collaborate with the Marketing Team on the development of digital marketing templates **WEBSITE MANAGEMENT / COPYWRITING (APPROXIMATELY 10 HOURS / WEEK)** * Manage a suite of websites across the RSH portfolio with the development of promotional web content, contests, news and ensuring our pages represent the latest and greatest happenings across our locations * Working directly with external digital and advertising agencies, operations teams, and internal marketing and brand teams to ensure seamless cross-channel messaging **MARKETING PURCHASING / REPORTING (APPROXIMATELY 5 HOURS / WEEK)** * Manage the purchasing of various print and promotional collateral as it relates to marketing material * Liaise with accounting team to ensure all purchases are reported accurately and in a timely manner **OTHER** * Support the marketing team with administrative tasks & reporting * Support Colorado restaurant teams with local marketing initiatives & photoshoots * Promote a company culture in which internal and external customer satisfaction is the primary concern * Maintain knowledge of competition and industry trends * Develop solid working relationships across departments * Establish clear channels of communication across departments Please apply online with Richard Sandoval Hospitality at: https://modern- mexican-restaurants-inc.oasisrecruit.com/job/364546/fantastic-opportunity-for- a-graphic-designer-marketing-coordinator?s=cl
