Graphic Design / Retail sales

*** 1 Full Time Position *** *** Retail / Inventory experience preferred *** *** SOCIAL MEDIA experience preferred *** HIRING IMMEDIATELY We are Seattle's leading t-shirt shop, and we are currently hiring for a sales associates with Graphic Design background for our location at Southcenter Mall. We need help with some closing shifts during the weekdays and weekend help. Here's a small blurb about the position: Our sales associates are responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, and ensuring that our clients have an excellent experience while at the store. We are looking for enthusiastic candidate in the area of Graphic Design, and this individual will focus on sales and assist the Owner and the Team in the overall store operations at the retail store. * High School Diploma or equivalent * Work with a large variety of clients and meet aggressive deadlines * Ability to organize and self motivate to effectively complete all store functions * Meet/exceed our clients' expectations for exceptional service and insure the highest level of client loyalty, repeat business, and positive store reputation * Ability to problem solve, effectively multi-task, and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines * Good interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain effective business relationships * Good time management skills and ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision * Strong verbal/written communication skills and conflict management * Good math and analytical skills * PC proficient; working knowledge of Photoshop and / or Illustrator * Ability to learn new tasks and proprietary software quickly * Able to work all standard office equipment and retail store equipment * Uncompromising integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality Hours: Full time (part time also available) Hours are set based on candidate's availability in conjunction with other team members.
