Graphic Designer - Eagle Claw

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITY AND EXPERIENCE: • Must have 3+ years of previous graphic design experience • Must have advanced skills in Adobe CreativeSuite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Must have 1 year of print production experience • Excellent computer skills with strong typing skills, and intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS office programs • Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time management skills are required • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail • Must have the ability to convey ideas and thoughts in detail with a widely diverse group of people • Must be able to work with little direction and accomplish a variety of tasks on time • Must be able to change daily priorities as new issues arise • Be a self-starting, motivated person with a proven record of completing project on time and on budget • Ability to work with people in a professional and friendly manner, both verbally and through written communication • Experience directing photography work, especially styling and creative direction a plus • Basic to intermediate skills in of HTML and CSS a plus • College education preferred in Graphic Design or Digital Design • Fishing experience/knowledge preferred ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Works with Graphic Design Manager, Product Managers, and other team members throughout the company to conceive, design and develop visual solutions with impact that are delivered on time and on brand • Uses Adobe Suites software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & Bridge) to create company branded materials • This position will work directly with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality • Schedule, manage and prioritize graphic design work • Maintain and continuously improve brand guidelines • Stay on top of latest design trends • Photography retouching • Assist in other marketing projects and the creation of mock-ups as needed PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONS: • Must be able to work and remain focused on detail in an open office environment where other department phone and business conversations take place • Must be able sit at a computer and perform computer functions for 90% of the four 10 hour work days • Must be able to lift, push or pull 30-50 lbs to move product when necessary. • Must be able to make occasional trips into a manufacturing environment where there are areas of noise, dust and grease Apply Here
