**Marketing Coordinator/Social Media Director** North Rim Commercial Properties Seeking a creative marketing coordinator, who is passionate about real estate and small business, to manage all digital and social platforms for North Rim Commercial Properties. * Organized and detailed * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Proficient in content creation (i.e. graphic design, photography, videography, editing) * Passionate about small business * Confident interacting with clients * Efficient and creative * Possess strong storytelling skills * Knowledgeable of SEO * Manage and create marketing assets; copy writing, photography, and videography for website and social. * Create annual marketing budgets for property promotions * Responsible for outdoor signage: Maintain database of signs, Coordinate the installation and removal of all signage, and Manage the creation of new signage * Manage social media accounts: Content creation, Post scheduling, and Track and report results of all campaigns with analytics * Update and manage listing databases for: Costar, LoopNet, RMLS, Vertical email, Craigslist, and more * Design and execute compelling campaigns across all sales touchpoints * Track and report results of all campaigns
