What we are specifically looking for is someone with… • Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer experience! • Experience with face- to-face customer interactions • Experience coordinating with outsource partners, suppliers, and sub- contractors • Project management/workflow experience • People leadership experience • The drive of an entrepreneur • Exceptional organizational skills • A comfort level with productivity goals and metrics • Ability to learn pricing, order supplies, professionally and enthusiastically answer phones, assist with errands, etc. If you are only a graphics designer and do not have the hands- on experience described above, we are not quite ready for you just yet.
