Understanding and aptitude for business problem solving Comfortable with being accountable for an ROI Aptitude for problem solving and quickly understanding how to use technologies to solve business problems Analyzing market for most effective methods of effectively reaching target audiences Deep understanding of e-Commerce business (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy) or quick learner Comfortable with hands-on technology use (Shopify, Wordpress, Google Analytics and Apps…) Creating effective online digital advertising campaigns (ACoS, RoAS, Amazon PPC, branding, Adwords) Managing social media channels (Youtube, Pinterest, Facebook/Instagram) Leveraging our unique content in building brand awareness and traffic to our website Promoting our subscription product and increasing our base of subscribers Managing and growing our email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo) Reporting on and demonstrating ROI for all marketing campaigns and efforts Understanding of SEO/SEM Understanding of online marketing tools (Sellics, Sellerboard, AHREFS) Affiliate marketing (ShareASale) Competent with Adobe Suite, Google Suite and basic graphic design and HTML Requirements First and foremost you must be a great communicator (oral, written, presentation) You must be a self-starter who can hit the ground running or come up to speed quickly and understand the problems we are trying to solve as well as fully owning our marketing efforts You must have a track record of understanding how to bring an ROI to a business from your marketing efforts or be able to find a way to do it for ours You must have a deep understanding of current online marketing methods, technologies and analysis or be capable of figuring it out quickly To Qualify Send a resume and a description of why you want this job.
