Paid Internship Now Available for Agency

Brick and Brine is looking for a dynamite intern to join our small but nimble creative team. We’re looking for an intern who can jump in with both feet and tackle the excitement that is agency work. Someone who is an advocate for equity and accessibility We’d love for you to have the following: Someone who’s a recent grad in on of these fields: Communications Marketing Business Graphic Design OR someone with 2 years experience in one of the above fields Experience in social media management and an interest in social ads Production graphic design skills, with an interest in furthering these skills and learning from our Design Wizard, Brittany Basic project management and organizational skills with examples to back it up A well working computer that you are comfortable with having new programs installed on such as InDesign, or Photoshop Experience in WordPress content management A working phone that you are capable of checking social apps and emails on Here’s what a potential day in the life of an intern at Brick & Brine would look like: Check and respond to emails throughout the day as needed Participate in a daily standup either virtually or in person to go over projects and tasks as needed Work within our task management system for reviewing assignments, feedback, and deliverable schedules Brainstorm and create posts for Brick & Brine social or client’s social accounts Run metric reports on social followings, hours worked on projects and discuss with owners with suggestions on how to streamline workflow if needed Research trends in design and social and present to owners as needed to implement into projects Input any edits needed to sites managed for clients Be willing to learn new skills and then implement such as how to post new pages on the back end of site Here’s what we’re offering: Hourly pay of $15/hour with growth potential Part-Time internship with the potential to turn into longer term contracts Flexible work schedule to be discussed with us on an ongoing basis Ability to work remotely Hands on experience in a positive and uplifting environment Dog friendly office Growth potential that currently has no end!
