Experience in the printing industry is highly preferred but not necessary. Cricut experience could supplement. Production person for a part-time or full-time role. Requirements / Responsibilities of the Position: • Previous experience in customer service and sales • We are a visual design and sign/sticker shop, and knowledge in that field will likely land you the position over none • Ability to build rapport with clients, work directly with both customers and subcontractors • Ability to prioritize and multitask, take responsibility for the end-to-end workflow and execution of all sign and graphics projects, to include Design, Production and Installation • Positive and professional demeanor with outstanding customer service • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, provide pricing/quoting support to sales (labor & material cost estimates) Strong computer and file management skills including experience and knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop • Can you troubleshoot, find creative solutions on the fly and implement them? •If you are passionate in the graphic design/business/marketing and the printing field you will be able to earn tips in addition to your wages *Willing to train for the right solid candidate
