An ideal candidate: -Enjoys creative problem solving & figuring out how to make things work with the tools they have available -Is curious and interested in learning and developing artisan skills -Likes finding things to do to keep busy, even in a relaxed, fun work environment -Can handle constructive criticism and being asked to redo work when mistakes are found, without taking it personally -Isn't afraid to ask questions, but also takes the initiative to try and discover answers on their own if help isn't immediately available -Is accepting of and happy to work with people from all walks of life, identities, orientations, etc -Pays attention to details and genuinely cares about the quality of their work and its impact on the recipient/viewer -Is proficient with Windows computers and programs -Can lift 40 or more lbs and is confident and safe around power tools -Loves dogs We're a growing company always looking to expand and innovate.
