Production Employee Position - must be vaccinated Vermont Awards & Engraving is looking to add another member to our team! We are an award winning, small woman- owned business located in Colchester. Our customers are mostly organizations who we primarily make employee recognition and signage for. o At minimum a candidate needs to be comfortable with the MS Office Suite and general use of Windows computers • Attention to fine detail o Many of the things we work on are easy to damage if one rushes and gets sloppy, which can end up with an expensive piece in the trash. o A good eye for centering optically is also a plus • Has a good grasp of spelling and grammar • Cares about producing quality work o We have very high quality standards and will not let anything out the door that doesn’t meet those • Is also able to accept that mistakes happen and to take them as useful learning experiences o We have to be open and catch each other’s mistakes – hiding or trying to slip through incorrect or subpar work is completely unacceptable • Is friendly and works well with others • Is comfortable occasionally assisting sales staff o Things like answering the phone, helping customers carry orders to their cars, etc.
