Seeking a part-time, temporary, contract researcher, editorial assistant, and communications/publishing specialist to help with several related projects, including copyediting and publishing a book - as well as other small communications projects. Seeking the following skills: \- Ability to conduct Internet and scholarly journal research \- Ability to synthesize and summarize journal articles and research findings \- Knowledge of Google Scholar and other academic search engines and repositories \- Ability to produce MLA and APA in-text citations and works cited lists \- Excellent copyediting abilities with strong command of grammar and conventions \- Familiarity with self-publishing processes \- Familiarity with website development, graphic design, and podcast production are also helpful This work is expected to take 10-15 hours / week; begin in October; and wrap up by mid-December.
