Our residential sales office located in Sudden Valley is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with strong customer service skills to run the front desk for a busy office. If you have a professional image, demeanor and excellent people skills, then you are the right fit. In this position, you will: \\- Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. \\- Handle all incoming phone calls and forward to appropriate brokers \\- Maintain the office area to ensure it is clean, tidy and professional in appearance \\- Receive and distribute mail \\- Monitor and update office records \\- Data entry \\- Create advertising for different publications/Graphic design Experience and skills you will need: \\- Must be able to multitask \\- Excellent communication skills with friendly phone voice \\- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook \\- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under various situations \\- Willingness to learn other computer programs is essential \\- Quick learner \\- Independent worker and able to set priorities \\- Strong computer skills Real estate experience and MLS experience is beneficial but not required.
