Our residential sales office located in beautiful Anacortes is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with strong customer service skills to run the front desk for a busy office. If you have a professional image, demeanor and excellent people skills, then you are the right fit. In this position, you will: -Data entry -Create advertising for different publications/Graphic Design -Monitor and update records -Handle all incoming calls and forward to appropriate brokers -Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner -Maintain the office are to ensure it is clean, tidy and professional in appearance Experience and skills you will need: \\- Must be able to multitask \\- Excellent communication skills with friendly phone voice \\- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook \\- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under various situations \\- Willingness to learn other computer programs is essential \\- Quick learner \\- Independent worker and able to set priorities \\- Strong computer skills Real estate experience and MLS experience is beneficial but not required.
