Seeking P/T Skilled Admin Assistant for Busy Wellness Center

The KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of the Admin Assistant/Office Coordinator include: Opening and closing the office; scheduling appointments by phone, email and in person; handling payments; greeting and assisting clients at front desk with a friendly demeanor; help with marketing and client outreach (fliers and mailings, calling clients); help with keeping a clean, well-stocked office; admin tasks such as filing, light bookkeeping, and data entry; booking appointments for our massage therapist; occasional help with children while their parents receive care; support for on-site events and off-site community events.
