Social Media, PR, and Graphics Coordinator (revised 11/17/21)

This position is currently 30 hours a week, with the possibility to grow with the company. About Us The Dragontree is a wellness company committed to peace. Responsibilities Social Media Planning, Strategy and Direction * Determine strategies in communication with our marketing teams for each and every launch * Determine strategies in communication with our marketing teams for day-to-day audience nurture and growth Social Media Creation and Execution * Create posts, stories, and reels in the look, style, and tone of the brand * Post according to agreed upon schedule Social Media Engagement * Engage on social media with comments, followers, followers of “competition” or other influencers in a tone that represents the brand * Increase followers and engagement by actively seeking to USE the platforms and be social ;) Graphic Design * Creating social media graphics for day-to-day strategy * Creation of original designs for our biggest sales, promotions, and new programs Public Relations * Reach out to print media, podcasts, television media, etc to arrange interviews, etc * Put together and maintain press kits for Briana Borten and The Dragontree Tracking and Goal Management * Set goals to ensure that our social media and PR reach is growing.
