Textile CAD Designer

This is a full-time position based from our L.A. Office. Home textile company is looking for a talented CAD designer with solid understanding of trend right print design and color. The designer will be responsible for design/redesign and development across multiple home products and brands. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple creative projects simultaneously. \\- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Skills and Qualifications: \\- Knowledge of graphic and CAD design fundamentals in print \\- Highly collaborative and team oriented \\- Detail oriented and highly organized \\- Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to translate feedback visually \\- Ability to work against tight deadlines and fast-paced, often high-pressure environment \\- Portfolio of work with varied samples (representing range of print designs and PD) \\- Ability to estimate completion time of tasks and work cooperatively in a team environment \\- Ability to take direction as well as offer direction \\- Strong oral and written communication skills both internally and externally
