This also includes filling out purchase orders, receiving freelance invoices, maintaining records, etc Oversight of the Archival Process: Coordinate with post–production producers to facilitate the transfer of final masters and other key information. This includes maintaining a digital archive of HD video files, as well as a physical archive of hard drives. Ensure quality control for video files used in all presentations, and on the company website.
