Part-time Personal Assistant: Role/ Scope: -Excited to create dynamic written, graphic, and video content -Fluent with mailchimp and able to support with a bi-weekly newsletter -Support with calendar syncing software and management -Research -Customer service pro, people person, and creative who delights in getting to know folks and creating easeful conversation and support. -Managing, analyzing, and reporting social media posting performance -Requirements/ Preferred past experience: -Excellent written and oral communication skills. -Prior experience in managing social media and community management -Should have a creative mind with a good sense of humor for a continual flow of great ideas and strategies for content -Strong interpersonal and relationship developmental skills -Excellent writing skills to produce creative copy across different brand’s channels -Extremely comfortable and excited about supporting with IG reel creation, posts, and strategy -Design savvy to work on light graphics, flyers, pitch decks, and promotional material via canva -Copywriting and editing skills are a major plus -Extremely organized and excited about creating additional processes to create more workflow ease Other duties as required Personal Assistant Skills and Qualifications: Marketing or Social Media Marketing Degree Preferred, Technology Skills, Content Writing, Graphic Design, Campaign Execution, Teamwork, Self- Motivation, Strong Communication Skills, Networking, Idea Presentation, SEO and PPC, Proofreading, Strong Customer-Service Skills, Enthusiasm, Detail- Oriented, Collaboration AVAILABILITY & LOGISTICS Typical hours would likely be between 9-5 Monday- Friday. The position is around 5-15 hours per week.
