Email Marketing Specialist (Digital)

SALARY/HOURLY RATE: $70k - $75k POSITION OVERVIEW: The Email Marketing Specialist (Digital) will work closely with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager on the strategy design of email marketing campaigns. This role is preferred to be onsite 5 days a week in Union County, NJ. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST (DIGITAL): • Deploy email marketing campaigns and monitor performance through ESP and Google Analytics • Work with the Graphics Designer on editorial layouts, creative briefs, and animated GIFs • Plan and manage email content calendar ensuring synchronized launch communications across departments • Set up email automation, customer journey flows, and dynamic content to trigger communications based on website behavior and account activity • Craft inspirational digital content that spans trending editorial themes, product pushes, educational series, designer spotlights, and events QUALIFICATIONS OF THE EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST (DIGITAL): • 2 - 3 years of experience with Digital Email Marketing in the creative industry or consumer brand • Experience using email marketing platform (Klaviyo is preferred) • Proven ability to translate data into marketing opportunities • Effective communicator and creative copywriter with a knack for creating editorial content or crafting brand messaging that inspires people to act • Professional and collaborative EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree is required BENEFITS: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401k • PTO and more As a woman-owned firm, we value diversity.
