We are Transition Projects! Provide assistance and support to people experiencing homelessness to obtain and maintain employment by creating access to training programs, supported employment programs, and developing priority employment opportunities for our participants with local employers. Demonstrated leadership in and ability to develop relationships with community partners and employers to promote opportunities for participants. The right individual for this position has a passion for helping others and a desire to work in an organization that serves people who are experiencing poverty and homelessness. Demonstrated ability to act as a recruiter with employers in developing and providing access to employment and training programs for participants.
