Executive / Personal Assistant

This is part-time work, on the order of 15-20hrs/week. I expect most of the work will be remote, with one 2-4hr in-person meeting per week (preferably on the westside of LA) Initially the work will be a 50/50 mix of assisting with personal tasks and professional/project tasks. Reliable -Bonus Skills- Not required, but would be great if you have expertise and/or interest in one or more: \\- Writing / Editing \\- Graphic design \\- Community / social management \\- Web development \\- Financial modeling \\- Knowledge/interest in DAOs, psychedelics, crypto and/or real estate *Compensation* Starting pay (first 100hrs): $25/hr Next 900hrs: $30/hr Plus an additional $1000 bonus for every 200hrs of work Additionally, there is the *potential* to earn tokens/equity if (1) any of the projects evolves into an actual startup and (2) your work performance is consistently excellent. Or … I am exploring a wide-ranging mix of ideas and there is a fair amount of work to be done on all of them Ideally you would be intellectually excited about some/all of these \\- Communication + Scheduling Help screen+respond to emails and other messages Writing / Editing Scheduling / appointments \\- Social accounts: Management of and general assistance with social accounts, curation of domain specific twitter lists, identifying key players within a specific space. Here’s a summary of some of them: \\- I’ve got piles of things that need to be sold on craigslist or simply given away \\- I’d like some assistance getting photos organized, including scanning actual physical photographs (which would involve just boxing them up and mailing them to a professional who would scan them) and managing my digital photos (properly backed up and sorted) \\- Find art, writing, math tutors for my daughter \\- Get art work framed / hung on walls \\- Manage / plan travel: Make reservations, do research \\- A random mix of things that I’ve left undone for too long… My hope is that we could have most of the personal things done within the first 4-6 weeks and then the focus would switch (~80/20) to professional tasks.
