Seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to support a business owner in the execution of our growth plans This is not a personal assistant role, it's a business implementation assistant. You will; Relay information and directives to staff Manage calls, emails, inquiries and respond Set, attend, and participate in meetings Communicate on behalf of owner Keep priorities in focus and on task Other duties -Execute marketing initiatives -Posting on social media -Manage travel -Provide financial reports from POS and Quickbooks -Create spreadsheets -Assist with business analysis, sales projections, etc -Handle customer relation management -Assist with our recruitment and retention program -On boarding of new employees -Oversee and assist with payroll, accounting and other admin systems Areas of experience preferred: Grocery Food production Retail Construction management Real Estate Financial management Event management Marketing/Sales Wholesale Technical Skills required: -Strong in Excel Spreadsheets -Quickbooks -Social Media Platforms -Accounting -Banking -Positouch POS system -Canva -CRM software systems -Email marketing/list systems You will need a working knowledge of graphic design programs and requirements for printing companies Soft Skills required: -Trustworthy -Accountability -High level of business maturity -Business acumen -Critical thinking -Above average verbal and writren communication -Creative organizational abilities -Adaptability to a changing environment -Excellent time management -Problem solving -Resourceful -Self-starter -Openness to learning -Active listener -Flexible personality -Natural curiosity -Attention to detail -Critical thinking -Sense of urgency -Positive Energy -Pride in your work The most important soft skill (which is non-negotiable) is Loyalty.
