We are a community-oriented health club on a mission to help our members reach their fitness goals. We are seeking a fitness enthusiast with a strong customer service background to be the main Front Desk person and client point of contact. This job requires maintaining gym equipment by oiling, wiping down and troubleshooting software, managing memberships through MindBody and Google Drive, scheduling appointments and classes, signing members in, answering telephone calls and emails regarding all questions relating to the gym’s activities and happenings. Basic housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing and scrubbing equipment. Experience: Prefer a minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally at a fitness center.
