The Designer must be able to communicate well with coworkers, pitch ideas and advise them on design best practices. The Designer will direct the design work of other supporting designers or meeting planners, ensuring the work is of high quality and the project meets the intended deadline. The Designer must transmit their skills and knowledge of design programs and principals to supporting designers and meeting planners. o Work with each department to ensure consistent application of branding across all media o Work with team members and occasionally with divisions to develop and refine concepts and/or event branding that reflect a strong understanding of the audience and event
