As a Signs Now Customer Service Associate (CSA), you will assist with customer sales and work with our production team. - Minimum of a High School Diploma - Previous experience in the sign/graphics industry a big plus - Knowledge of sign/graphic industry substrates, medias and products -Experience with wide format printer, vinyl plotter, laminator - Experienced in business to business customer service - Sales experience - Software proficiency in; MS Word/Excel, Outlook, Cyrious Purchase Order System, Adobe Ai/Ps, Onxy RIP -Color management concepts and procedures - Strong communication skills both verbal and typed - Professional upbeat with a positive attitude - Ability to continue and build professional relationships with diverse customer/prospecting base - Self motivated, team player and trust worthy -Someone who likes to have fun!
