SUMMARY: Colorado Group Realty is an employee-owned leading real estate brokerage servicing the Yampa Valley, based in downtown Steamboat Springs, CO. Pleasant and presentable for public interaction, attention to detail and computer literacy are excellent qualities for this position. and communicate any showing instructions • Maintain an organized and clean workspace, including keeping the office and office equipment maintained and stocked RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answer phones • Set up showings and create showing guides • Maintain coffee & water at appropriate locations throughout the building • Manage all inbound and outbound mail • Maintain upkeep of conference room throughout the day • Order and stock office supplies • Manage floor schedule • Update phone & other resource lists when needed • Make buyer, seller & relocation packets • Label agent print marketing pieces • Maintain a steady supply of all company printed materials for the Agent’s use • Communicate with cleaning and maintenance personnel as needed • Maintain office equipment – printers, postage machine, and back door keypad • Administer company moving van and staging furniture. • Support Director of Operations in the coordination of company training activities • Along with the marketing department, support marketing activities such as: • Print, stock, and distribute/mail marketing materials • Update broker mailing lists, including reviewing undeliverable mailers • Send out prospect mailers • Create and update buyer packets • Proof and edit advertisements • Coordinate real estate agents to participate in various marketing and advertising campaigns • Help other positions in the office when needed REQUIRED SKILLS & BACKGROUND: An outgoing and pleasant personality is a must; the person in this role is often the first interaction with a potential client and must represent CGR in a positive light. Excellent organizational skills are required.
