On-site work will compensated at Chess Wizards instructor rates, depending on your teaching experience and student retention rates ($30 - $60 per scheduled class hour, averaging 3-5 classes per week once classes begin in your area). Regularly visit area classes for training, evaluations, and ongoing professional development. Coordinate a system of regular communication with our instructors. Organize an ‘action list’ of quality control tasks based on information gathered during the work, forward items to the departments most directly able to complete the task, and follow up on completion.
