Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator

Duties include but are not limited to:  Keeping office neat and organized  General administrative and clerical duties as assigned  Creating systems to improve project management as needed  Keeping social media an online presence timely and current  Assistance with keeping client information updated and projects on task  Being prepared to work in all areas of the business, sometimes taking the lead  Organizing meetings  Client interaction including intake, outreach and solicitation  Deliveries and Pick-ups (reimbursement for mileage)  Keep proprietors schedule and setting appointments  Researching various projects  May include some travel  Assistance with event management  Assistance with promotion/ publicity  Managing data and data bases  Meetings – participating, taking and typing minutes  Managing proprietors speaking engagements and appointments Position Requirements  Ability to manage a number of activities at once  Good people skills  Strong organizational skills  Attention to detail  Filing Experience  Good computer skills and understanding of email and internet  Time management skills  Phone experience  Use of own vehicle - licensed and insured driver  Comfortable working with a wide range of people  Proficiency in Microsoft Office products  Confidentiality Additional Assets  Communications/ Marketing Background  Event planning and promotion experience  Office management experience  Professional writing skills  Proof reading skills  Innovative thinker - Online Marketing  Other software application skills - graphic design/ accounting/ database
