Duties include but are not limited to: Keeping office neat and organized General administrative and clerical duties as assigned Creating systems to improve project management as needed Keeping social media an online presence timely and current Assistance with keeping client information updated and projects on task Being prepared to work in all areas of the business, sometimes taking the lead Organizing meetings Client interaction including intake, outreach and solicitation Deliveries and Pick-ups (reimbursement for mileage) Keep proprietors schedule and setting appointments Researching various projects May include some travel Assistance with event management Assistance with promotion/ publicity Managing data and data bases Meetings – participating, taking and typing minutes Managing proprietors speaking engagements and appointments Position Requirements Ability to manage a number of activities at once Good people skills Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Filing Experience Good computer skills and understanding of email and internet Time management skills Phone experience Use of own vehicle - licensed and insured driver Comfortable working with a wide range of people Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Confidentiality Additional Assets Communications/ Marketing Background Event planning and promotion experience Office management experience Professional writing skills Proof reading skills Innovative thinker - Online Marketing Other software application skills - graphic design/ accounting/ database
