* Basic “Design 101” comprises 75% of your daily work tasks, the other 25% will be custom work on an “as-needed” basis as tasked from the Sr. * You quickly earn the respect of your colleagues as they will recognize your ability to perform your work well. * You love to learn and can look to your colleagues for guidance who have been in the design/prepress trenches for years. * Step 3: A simple test using Adobe InDesign software on a Mac Platform. You will be given a small project to build using a “step-by-step” set of instructions and will be judged on your ability to perform the task in a timely and accurate manner.
