Sign Production and Design Specialist

Our ideal candidate should enjoy working with customers while creating and producing designs that are both functional and eye-catching. (Please note, this is not a Graphic Design position.) The Sign Production and Design Specialist is responsible for all aspects of sign production, which includes graphic design, preparing graphics for print, preparing substrates, determining appropriate print material and machinery to provide the highest quality while still focusing on cost savings. ● Strong computer and file management skills including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop ● Professional, patient, and polished communicator with customers and coworkers ● Strong math skills for measuring, pricing, etc. ● Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with coworkers, customers, and subcontractors Job duties include: ● Sign design, production, and installation ● Full-time hours (40 hours/week) ● Answer phones ● Consult/interface with customers ● Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area ● Assist in maintaining company signage equipment ● Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs ● Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional At Paragon Signs we specialize in providing full-service solutions to meet our client’s needs.
